The Wickedness and Judgment of Man

¹Now it came to pass, ⚓when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born to them, ²that the sons of God saw the daughters of men, that they were beautiful; and they ⚓took wives for themselves of all whom they chose.
³And the Lord said, ⚓“My Spirit shall not ⚓strive with man forever, ⚓for he is indeed flesh; yet his days shall be one hundred and twenty years.” ⁴There were giants on the earth in those ⚓days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown.
⁵Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every ⚓intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. ⁶And ⚓the Lord was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and ⚓He was grieved in His ⚓heart. ⁷So the Lord said, “I will ⚓destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth, both man and beast, creeping thing and birds of the air, for I am sorry that I have made them.” ⁸But Noah ⚓found grace in the eyes of the Lord.

Noah Pleases God

⁹This is the genealogy of Noah. ⚓Noah was a just man, perfect in his generations. Noah ⚓walked with God. ¹⁰And Noah begot three sons: ⚓Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
¹¹The earth also was corrupt ⚓before God, and the earth was ⚓filled with violence. ¹²So God ⚓looked upon the earth, and indeed it was corrupt; for ⚓all flesh had corrupted their way on the earth.

The Ark Prepared

¹³And God said to Noah, ⚓“The end of all flesh has come before Me, for the earth is filled with violence through them; ⚓and behold, ⚓I will destroy them with the earth. ¹⁴Make yourself an ark of gopherwood; make rooms in the ark, and cover it inside and outside with pitch. ¹⁵And this is how you shall make it: The length of the ark shall be three hundred cubits, its width fifty cubits, and its height thirty cubits. ¹⁶You shall make a window for the ark, and you shall finish it to a cubit from above; and set the door of the ark in its side. You shall make it with lower, second, and third decks. ¹⁷⚓And behold, I Myself am bringing ⚓floodwaters on the earth, to destroy from under heaven all flesh in which is the breath of life; everything that is on the earth shall ⚓die. ¹⁸But I will establish My ⚓covenant with you; and ⚓you shall go into the ark—you, your sons, your wife, and your sons’ wives with you. ¹⁹And of every living thing of all flesh you shall bring ⚓two of every sort into the ark, to keep them alive with you; they shall be male and female. ²⁰Of the birds after their kind, of animals after their kind, and of every creeping thing of the earth after its kind, two of every kind⚓will come to you to keep them alive. ²¹And you shall take for yourself of all food that is eaten, and you shall gather it to yourself; and it shall be food for you and for them.”
²²⚓Thus Noah did; ⚓according to all that ⚓God commanded him, so he did.

Nau Ƀai Phung Bunuyh

¹Tơ lah phung bunuyh ntơm bĭk rơ̆ ta kalơ neh ntu, jêh ri khân păng geh kon bu ur, ²phung kon bu klâu Brah Ndu saơ phung kon bu ur phung bunuyh ueh; jêh ri khân păng gŭ ur sai đah mbu nâm khân păng săch. ³Yêhôva lah: "Huêng nau rêh gâp mâu mra gŭ ƀaƀơ tâm bunuyh ôh, yorlah păng jêng nglay săk. Ƀiălah ăt păng mra gŭ rêh du rhiăng bar jât năm." ⁴Phung bunuyh toyh juat gŭ rêh ta neh ntu rnôk nây, jêh ri bah kơi pa nĕ dôl phung kon bu klâu Brah Ndu gŭ drel phung kon bu ur bunuyh jêh ri khân păng geh kon; phung nây jêng phung katang tâm rnôk kăl e khân păng jêng phung lư. ⁵Yêhôva saơ nau ƀai bunuyh jêng toyh ta neh ntu, jêh ri lĕ nau mĭn, nuih n'hâm mĭn nuih n'hâm păng kanŏng mhĭk mro. ⁶Yêhôva nduyh tôr yorlah păng njêng jêh bunuyh ta neh ntu, jêh ri păng geh nuih n'hâm rngot. ⁷Pô ri Yêhôva lah: "Gâp mra ƀư rai bơh neh ntu bunuyh gâp hŏ rhăk njêng jêh, bunuyh nđâp ma mpô mpa, mpa vơr, jêh ri sĭm tâm trôk; gâp nduyh tôr yor gâp hŏ njêng jêh khân păng. ⁸Ƀiălah Y-Nôê geh nau yô̆ ta năp măt Yêhôva.

Y-Nôê Ƀư Kŭmpăn

⁹Aơ phung kon sau Y-Nôê, Y-Nôê jêng bunuyh sŏng srăng, mâu geh nau khư nduyh ôh tâm rnôk păng. Y-Nôê hăn ndrel ma Brah Ndu. ¹⁰Y-Nôê geh pe nuyh kon bu klâu Y-Sem, Y-Cham, jêh ri Y-Japhet.
¹¹Brah Ndu saơ lĕ phung neh ntu jêng tih mhĭk jêh, jêh ri khân păng ăn bêng neh ntu ma nau ƀai. ¹²Brah Ndu uănh ma neh ntu, jêh ri păng saơ neh ntu bêng ma tih mhĭk; yorlah lĕ rngôch bunuyh kanŏng tĭng nau mhĭk. ¹³Brah Ndu lah ma Y-Nôê: "Nau lôch ma lĕ rngôch nglay săk tât jêh ta năp măt gâp; yorlah khân păng ăn bêng jêh neh ma nau djơh, jêh ri gâp mra ƀư rai khân păng ndrel ma neh ntu. ¹⁴Ăn may ƀư du mlâm kumpăn ma si gôphê. Ăn may ƀư âk jrô tâm Kumpăn nây, jêh ri mhĭng păng ma dak ƀlĭt bitument tâm trôm jêh ri pa dih. ¹⁵ Pô aơ ăn may ƀư păng; jong Kumpăn nây geh pe rhiăng hăt huy păng prăm jât hăt, jêh ri tă bơh ntur tât ta chor păng pe jât hăt, ¹⁶ăn may ƀư chor Kumpăn jêh ri om ntŭk hŏng prêh du hăt gay ma ƀư mpông bloh jê̆ ta nklang chor đah mpir. Ăn may ƀư pe tăp tâm Kumpăn nây jêh ri ƀư du rplay mpông ta pŭng păng. ¹⁷Yorlah gâp mra ăn dak lip ta neh ntu gay ƀư rai tâm dâng trôk lĕ rngôch mpô mpa geh suh n'hâm nau rêh lĕ rngôch mpô mpa ta kalơ neh ntu mra khĭt. ¹⁸Ƀiălah gâp mra ƀư nau tâm rnglăp đah may. Ăn may lăp tâm trôm Kumpăn, may phung kon bu klâu may, ur may, jêh ri ur phung kon bu klâu may jêh ri may nơm. ¹⁹May nglăp ndrel ma may tâm Kumpăn bar mlâm ăp ntil mpô mpa rêh, du mlâm me, du mlâm nkuăng, gay ăn khân păng rêh. ²⁰Sĭm tĭng nâm ntil mpôl păng, mpô mpa tĭng nâm ntil mpôl păng, mpa vơr tĭng nâm ntil mpôl păng bar mlâm ăp ntil mpôl mra văch ma may, gay ma may prăp khân păng rêh, ²¹ăn may sŏk ndơ sông sa tâm ban lĕ prăp tâm Kumpăn. Ndơ nây jêng ndơ may sông sa nđâp ma khân păng ƀă." ²²Y-Nôê ƀư pô nây; păng ƀư lĕ tĭng nâm nau Brah Ndu ntăm jêh.
