⚓Who walk in the law of the Lord!
2Blessed are those who keep His testimonies,
Who seek Him with the ⚓whole heart!
3⚓They also do no iniquity;
They walk in His ways.
4You have commanded us
To keep Your precepts diligently.
5Oh, that my ways were directed
To keep Your statutes!
6⚓Then I would not be ashamed,
When I look into all Your commandments.
7I will praise You with uprightness of heart,
When I learn Your righteous judgments.
8I will keep Your statutes;
Oh, do not forsake me utterly!
9How can a young man cleanse his way?
By taking heed according to Your word.
10With my whole heart I have ⚓sought You;
Oh, let me not wander from Your commandments!
11⚓Your word I have hidden in my heart,
That I might not sin against You.
12Blessed are You, O Lord!
Teach me Your statutes.
13With my lips I have ⚓declared
All the judgments of Your mouth.
14I have rejoiced in the way of Your testimonies,
As much as in all riches.
15I will meditate on Your precepts,
And contemplate Your ways.
16I will ⚓delight myself in Your statutes;
I will not forget Your word.
17⚓Deal bountifully with Your servant,
That I may live and keep Your word.
18Open my eyes, that I may see
Wondrous things from Your law.
19⚓I am a stranger in the earth;
Do not hide Your commandments from me.
20⚓My soul breaks with longing
For Your judgments at all times.
21You rebuke the proud—the cursed,
Who stray from Your commandments.
22⚓Remove from me reproach and contempt,
For I have kept Your testimonies.
23Princes also sit and speak against me,
But Your servant meditates on Your statutes.
24Your testimonies also are my delight
And my counselors.
25⚓My soul clings to the dust;
⚓Revive me according to Your word.
26I have declared my ways, and You answered me;
⚓Teach me Your statutes.
27Make me understand the way of Your precepts;
So ⚓shall I meditate on Your wonderful works.
28⚓My soul melts from heaviness;
Strengthen me according to Your word.
29Remove from me the way of lying,
And grant me Your law graciously.
30I have chosen the way of truth;
Your judgments I have laid before me.
31I cling to Your testimonies;
O Lord, do not put me to shame!
32I will run the course of Your commandments,
For You shall ⚓enlarge my heart.
33⚓Teach me, O Lord, the way of Your statutes,
And I shall keep it to the end.
34⚓Give me understanding, and I shall keep Your law;
Indeed, I shall observe it with my whole heart.
35Make me walk in the path of Your commandments,
For I delight in it.
36Incline my heart to Your testimonies,
And not to ⚓covetousness.
37⚓Turn away my eyes from ⚓looking at worthless things,
And revive me in Your way.
38⚓Establish Your word to Your servant,
Who is devoted to fearing You.
39Turn away my reproach which I dread,
For Your judgments are good.
40Behold, I long for Your precepts;
Revive me in Your righteousness.
41Let Your mercies come also to me, O Lord—
Your salvation according to Your word.
42So shall I have an answer for him who reproaches me,
For I trust in Your word.
43And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth,
For I have hoped in Your ordinances.
44So shall I keep Your law continually,
Forever and ever.
45And I will walk at ⚓liberty,
For I seek Your precepts.
46⚓I will speak of Your testimonies also before kings,
And will not be ashamed.
47And I will delight myself in Your commandments,
Which I love.
48My hands also I will lift up to Your commandments,
Which I love,
And I will meditate on Your statutes.
49Remember the word to Your servant,
Upon which You have caused me to hope.
50This is my ⚓comfort in my affliction,
For Your word has given me life.
51The proud have me in great derision,
Yet I do not turn aside from Your law.
52I remembered Your judgments of old, O Lord,
And have comforted myself.
53⚓Indignation has taken hold of me
Because of the wicked, who forsake Your law.
54Your statutes have been my songs
In the house of my pilgrimage.
55⚓I remember Your name in the night, O Lord,
And I keep Your law.
56This has become mine,
Because I kept Your precepts.
57⚓You are my portion, O Lord;
I have said that I would keep Your words.
58I entreated Your favor with my whole heart;
Be merciful to me according to Your word.
59I ⚓thought about my ways,
And turned my feet to Your testimonies.
60I made haste, and did not delay
To keep Your commandments.
61The cords of the wicked have bound me,
But I have not forgotten Your law.
62⚓At midnight I will rise to give thanks to You,
Because of Your righteous judgments.
63I am a companion of all who fear You,
And of those who keep Your precepts.
64⚓The earth, O Lord, is full of Your mercy;
Teach me Your statutes.
65You have dealt well with Your servant,
O Lord, according to Your word.
66Teach me good judgment and ⚓knowledge,
For I believe Your commandments.
67Before I was ⚓afflicted I went astray,
But now I keep Your word.
68You are⚓good, and do good;
Teach me Your statutes.
69The proud have ⚓forged a lie against me,
But I will keep Your precepts with my whole heart.
70⚓Their heart is as fat as grease,
But I delight in Your law.
71It is good for me that I have been afflicted,
That I may learn Your statutes.
72⚓The law of Your mouth is better to me
Than thousands of coins of gold and silver.
73⚓Your hands have made me and fashioned me;
Give me understanding, that I may learn Your commandments.
74⚓Those who fear You will be glad when they see me,
Because I have hoped in Your word.
75I know, O Lord, ⚓that Your judgments are right,
And that in faithfulness You have afflicted me.
76Let, I pray, Your merciful kindness be for my comfort,
According to Your word to Your servant.
77Let Your tender mercies come to me, that I may live;
For Your law is my delight.
78Let the proud ⚓be ashamed,
For they treated me wrongfully with falsehood;
But I will meditate on Your precepts.
79Let those who fear You turn to me,
Those who know Your testimonies.
80Let my heart be blameless regarding Your statutes,
That I may not be ashamed.
81⚓My soul faints for Your salvation,
But I hope in Your word.
82My eyes fail from searching Your word,
Saying, “When will You comfort me?”
83For ⚓I have become like a wineskin in smoke,
Yet I do not forget Your statutes.
84⚓How many are the days of Your servant?
⚓When will You execute judgment on those who persecute me?
85⚓The proud have dug pits for me,
Which is not according to Your law.
86All Your commandments are faithful;
They persecute me ⚓wrongfully;
Help me!
87They almost made an end of me on earth,
But I did not forsake Your precepts.
88Revive me according to Your lovingkindness,
So that I may keep the testimony of Your mouth.
89⚓Forever, O Lord,
Your word is settled in heaven.
90Your faithfulness endures to all generations;
You established the earth, and it abides.
91They continue this day according to ⚓Your ordinances,
For all are Your servants.
92Unless Your law had been my delight,
I would then have perished in my affliction.
93I will never forget Your precepts,
For by them You have given me life.
94I am Yours, save me;
For I have sought Your precepts.
95The wicked wait for me to destroy me,
But I will consider Your testimonies.
96⚓I have seen the consummation of all perfection,
But Your commandment is exceedingly broad.
97Oh, how I love Your law!
⚓It is my meditation all the day.
98You, through Your commandments, make me ⚓wiser than my enemies;
For they are ever with me.
99I have more understanding than all my teachers,
⚓For Your testimonies are my meditation.
100⚓I understand more than the ancients,
Because I keep Your precepts.
101I have restrained my feet from every evil way,
That I may keep Your word.
102I have not departed from Your judgments,
For You Yourself have taught me.
103⚓How sweet are Your words to my taste,
Sweeter than honey to my mouth!
104Through Your precepts I get understanding;
Therefore I hate every false way.
105⚓Your word is a lamp to my feet
And a light to my path.
106⚓I have sworn and confirmed
That I will keep Your righteous judgments.
107I am afflicted very much;
Revive me, O Lord, according to Your word.
108Accept, I pray, ⚓the freewill offerings of my mouth, O Lord,
And teach me Your judgments.
109⚓My life is continually in my hand,
Yet I do not forget Your law.
110⚓The wicked have laid a snare for me,
Yet I have not strayed from Your precepts.
111⚓Your testimonies I have taken as a heritage forever,
For they are the rejoicing of my heart.
112I have inclined my heart to perform Your statutes
Forever, to the very end.
113I hate the double-minded,
But I love Your law.
114⚓You are my hiding place and my shield;
I hope in Your word.
115⚓Depart from me, you evildoers,
For I will keep the commandments of my God!
116Uphold me according to Your word, that I may live;
And do not let me ⚓be ashamed of my hope.
117Hold me up, and I shall be safe,
And I shall observe Your statutes continually.
118You reject all those who stray from Your statutes,
For their deceit is falsehood.
119You put away all the wicked of the earth ⚓like dross;
Therefore I love Your testimonies.
120⚓My flesh trembles for fear of You,
And I am afraid of Your judgments.
121I have done justice and righteousness;
Do not leave me to my oppressors.
122Be ⚓surety for Your servant for good;
Do not let the proud oppress me.
123My eyes fail from seeking Your salvation
And Your righteous word.
124Deal with Your servant according to Your mercy,
And teach me Your statutes.
125⚓I am Your servant;
Give me understanding,
That I may know Your testimonies.
126It is time for You to act, O Lord,
For they have regarded Your law as void.
127⚓Therefore I love Your commandments
More than gold, yes, than fine gold!
128Therefore all Your precepts concerning all things
I consider to be right;
I hate every false way.
129Your testimonies are wonderful;
Therefore my soul keeps them.
130The entrance of Your words gives light;
⚓It gives understanding to the ⚓simple.
131I opened my mouth and ⚓panted,
For I longed for Your commandments.
132⚓Look upon me and be merciful to me,
As Your custom is toward those who love Your name.
133⚓Direct my steps by Your word,
And ⚓let no iniquity have dominion over me.
134⚓Redeem me from the oppression of man,
That I may keep Your precepts.
135⚓Make Your face shine upon Your servant,
And teach me Your statutes.
136⚓Rivers of water run down from my eyes,
Because men do not keep Your law.
137⚓Righteous are You, O Lord,
And upright are Your judgments.
138⚓Your testimonies, which You have commanded,
Are righteous and very faithful.
139⚓My zeal has consumed me,
Because my enemies have forgotten Your words.
140⚓Your word is very pure;
Therefore Your servant loves it.
141I am small and despised,
Yet I do not forget Your precepts.
142Your righteousness is an everlasting righteousness,
And Your law is⚓truth.
143Trouble and anguish have overtaken me,
Yet Your commandments are my delights.
144The righteousness of Your testimonies is everlasting;
Give me understanding, and I shall live.
145I cry out with my whole heart;
Hear me, O Lord!
I will keep Your statutes.
146I cry out to You;
Save me, and I will keep Your testimonies.
147⚓I rise before the dawning of the morning,
And cry for help;
I hope in Your word.
148⚓My eyes are awake through the night watches,
That I may meditate on Your word.
149Hear my voice according to Your lovingkindness;
O Lord, revive me according to Your justice.
150They draw near who follow after wickedness;
They are far from Your law.
151You are⚓near, O Lord,
And all Your commandments are truth.
152Concerning Your testimonies,
I have known of old that You have founded them ⚓forever.
153⚓Consider my affliction and deliver me,
For I do not forget Your law.
154⚓Plead my cause and redeem me;
Revive me according to Your word.
155Salvation is far from the wicked,
For they do not seek Your statutes.
156Great are Your tender mercies, O Lord;
Revive me according to Your judgments.
157Many are my persecutors and my enemies,
Yet I do not ⚓turn from Your testimonies.
158I see the treacherous, and ⚓am disgusted,
Because they do not keep Your word.
159Consider how I love Your precepts;
Revive me, O Lord, according to Your lovingkindness.
160The entirety of Your word is truth,
And every one of Your righteous judgments endures forever.
161⚓Princes persecute me without a cause,
But my heart stands in awe of Your word.
162I rejoice at Your word
As one who finds great treasure.
163I hate and abhor lying,
But I love Your law.
164Seven times a day I praise You,
Because of Your righteous judgments.
165⚓Great peace have those who love Your law,
And nothing causes them to stumble.
166⚓Lord, I hope for Your salvation,
And I do Your commandments.
167My soul keeps Your testimonies,
And I love them exceedingly.
168I keep Your precepts and Your testimonies,
⚓For all my ways are before You.
169Let my cry come before You, O Lord;
⚓Give me understanding according to Your word.
170Let my supplication come before You;
Deliver me according to Your word.
171⚓My lips shall utter praise,
For You teach me Your statutes.
172My tongue shall speak of Your word,
For all Your commandments are righteousness.
173Let Your hand become my help,
For ⚓I have chosen Your precepts.
174⚓I long for Your salvation, O Lord,
And ⚓Your law is my delight.
175Let my soul live, and it shall praise You;
And let Your judgments help me.
176⚓I have gone astray like a lost sheep;
Seek Your servant,
For I do not forget Your commandments.

耶和华的律法
1行为正直、遵行耶和华律法的，
这人有福了！
2遵守他的法度、一心寻求他的，
这人有福了！
3他们不做不义的事，
但遵行他的道。
4耶和华啊，你曾将你的训词吩咐我们，
为要我们切实遵守。
5但愿我行事坚定，
得以遵守你的律例。
6我看重你的一切命令，
就不致羞愧。
7我学习你公义的典章，
要以正直的心称谢你。
8我必遵守你的律例，
求你不要把我全然弃绝！
顺从耶和华的律法
9青年要如何保持纯洁呢？
是要遵行你的话！
10我曾一心寻求你，
求你不要使我偏离你的命令。
11我将你的话藏在心里，
免得我得罪你。
12耶和华啊，你是应当称颂的！
求你将你的律例教导我！
13我用嘴唇传扬
你口中一切的典章。
14我喜爱你的法度，
如同喜爱一切的财物。
15我要默想你的训词，
看重你的道路。
16我要以你的律例为乐，
我不忘记你的话。
因耶和华律法而蒙福
17求你用厚恩待你的仆人，使我存活，
我就遵守你的话。
18求你开我的眼睛，
使我看出你律法中的奇妙。
19我在地上是寄居的人，
求你不要向我隐藏你的命令！
20我时常切慕你的典章，
耗尽心力。
21受诅咒、偏离你命令的骄傲人，
你已经责备他们。
22求你除掉我所受的羞辱和藐视，
因我遵守你的法度。
23虽有掌权者坐着妄论我，
你仆人却思想你的律例。
24你的法度也是我的喜乐，

决意遵行耶和华的律法
25我的性命几乎归于尘土，
求你照你的话将我救活！
26我述说我所做的，你应允了我；
求你将你的律例教导我！
27求你使我明白你的训词，
我要默想你的奇事。
28我因愁苦身心耗尽，
求你照你的话使我坚立！
29求你使我离开奸诈的道路，
开恩将你的律法赐给我！
30我选择了忠信的道路，
将你的典章摆在我面前。
31我持守你的法度；
耶和华啊，求你不要叫我羞愧！
32你使我心胸开阔的时候，
我就往你命令的道路直奔。
求主赐悟性
33耶和华啊，求你将你的律例指教我，
我必遵守到底！
34求你赐我悟性，我就遵守你的律法，
且要一心遵守。
35求你叫我遵行你的命令，
因为这是我所喜爱的。
36求你使我的心趋向你的法度，
不趋向不义之财。
37求你叫我转眼不看虚假，
使我活在你的道路⚓中。
38求你向敬畏你的仆人
坚守你的话！
39求你使我所惧怕的羞辱远离我，
因你的典章本为美。
40看哪，我切慕你的训词，
求你因你的公义赐我生命⚓！
倚靠耶和华的律法
41耶和华啊，求你使你的慈爱临到我，
照你的话使你的救恩临到我，
42我就有话回答那羞辱我的，
因我倚靠你的话。
43求你叫真理的话总不离开我的口，
因我仰望你的典章。
44我要常守你的律法，
直到永永远远。
45我要自由而行⚓，
因我寻求了你的训词。
46我要在列王面前宣讲你的法度，
也不致羞愧。
47我以你的命令为乐，
这命令是我所喜爱的。
48我向我所爱的，就是你的命令高举双手⚓，
我也要默想你的律例。
因耶和华的律法而安稳
49求你记念你向仆人所说的话，
这话使我有盼望。
50你的话将我救活了；
这是我在患难中的安慰。
51骄傲的人极度地侮慢我，
我却未曾偏离你的律法。
52耶和华啊，我记念你从古以来的典章，
就得了安慰。
53我因恶人离弃你的律法，
怒火中烧。
54我在世寄居，
以你的律例为诗歌。
55耶和华啊，我夜间记念你的名，
我也要遵守你的律法。
56这临到我，
是因我谨守你的训词。
深爱耶和华的律法
57耶和华是我的福分；
我曾说，我要遵守你的话。
58我一心恳求你的面，
求你照你的话怜悯我！
59我思想自己所行的道路，
我的脚步就转向你的法度。
60我速速遵守你的命令，
并不迟延。
61恶人的绳索缠绕我，
我却没有忘记你的律法。
62我因你公义的典章，
夜半起来称谢你。
63凡敬畏你、守你训词的人，
我都与他作伴。
64耶和华啊，遍地满了你的慈爱；
求你将你的律例教导我！
耶和华律法的宝贵
65耶和华啊，你照你的话，
善待你的仆人。
66求你教我明辨和知识，
因我信靠你的命令。
67我未受苦以先曾经迷失，
现在却遵守你的话。
68你本为善，所行的也善；
求你将你的律例教导我！
69骄傲的人编造谎言攻击我，
我却要一心遵守你的训词。
70他们的心蒙昧如蒙油脂，
我却喜爱你的律法。
71我受苦是与我有益，
为要使我学习你的律例。
72你口中的律法与我有益，
胜于千万金银。
耶和华律法的公正
73你的手造了我，塑造我；
求你赐我悟性学习你的命令！
74敬畏你的人看见我就欢喜，
因我仰望你的话。
75耶和华啊，我知道你的典章是公义的；
你使我受苦是以信实待我。
76求你照着你向仆人所说的话，
以慈爱安慰我。
77求你的怜悯临到我，使我存活，
因你的律法是我的喜乐。
78愿骄傲的人蒙羞，因为他们无理倾覆我；
但我要默想你的训词。
79愿敬畏你的人和知道你法度的人

80愿我的心在你的律例上完全，
使我不致蒙羞。
求主解救
81我渴想你的救恩身心耗尽，
我仰望你的话。
82我因渴望你的话眼睛失明，说：
“你何时安慰我呢？”
83我虽像烟薰的皮囊，
却不忘记你的律例。
84你仆人的年日有多少呢？
你几时向迫害我的人施行审判呢？
85不顺从你律法的骄傲人
为我掘了坑。
86你的命令尽都信实；
他们无理迫害我，求你帮助我！
87他们几乎把我从世上除灭；
但我没有离弃你的训词。
88求你照你的慈爱将我救活，
我就遵守你口中的法度。
信赖耶和华的律法
89耶和华啊，你的话安定在天，
直到永远。
90你的信实存到万代；
你坚立了地，地就长存。
91天地照你的典章存到今日；
万物都是你的仆役。
92我若不以你的律法为乐，
早就在苦难中灭绝了！
93我永不忘记你的训词，
因你用这训词将我救活。
94我是属你的，求你救我，
因我寻求了你的训词。
95恶人等着要灭绝我，
我却要揣摩你的法度。
96我看万事尽都有限，
惟有你的命令极其宽广。
喜爱耶和华的律法
97我何等爱慕你的律法，
终日不住地思想。
98你的命令常存在我心里，
使我比仇敌有智慧。
99我比我的教师更通达，
因我思想你的法度。
100我比年老的更明白，
因我谨守你的训词。
101我阻止我的脚走一切邪路，
为要遵守你的话。
102我没有偏离你的典章，
因为你教导了我。
103你的言语在我上膛何等甘美，
在我口中比蜜更甜！
104我藉着你的训词得以明白，
因此，我恨恶一切虚假的行径。
耶和华律法的亮光
105你的话是我脚前的灯，
是我路上的光。
106你公义的典章，我曾起誓遵守，
我必按着誓言而行。
107我极其痛苦；
耶和华啊，求你照你的话将我救活！
108耶和华啊，求你悦纳我口中的赞美为甘心祭，
又将你的典章教导我！
109我的性命常在我手掌中⚓，
我却不忘记你的律法。
110恶人为我设下罗网，
我却没有偏离你的训词。
111我以你的法度为永远的产业，
因这是我心中所喜爱的。
112我的心倾向你的律例，
谨守到底，直到永远。
因耶和华律法得安全
113心怀二意的人为我所恨；
但你的律法为我所爱。
114你是我藏身之处，是我的盾牌；
我仰望你的话。
115作恶的人哪，你们离开我吧！
我要遵守我上帝的命令。
116求你照你的话扶持我，使我存活，
不要叫我因失望而蒙羞。
117求你扶持我，使我得救，
时常看重你的律例。
118凡偏离你律例的人，你都轻看他们，
因为他们的诡诈必归虚空。
119你除掉地上所有的恶人，好像除掉渣滓⚓；
因此我喜爱你的法度。
120我因惧怕你，肉体战栗；
我害怕你的典章。
遵从耶和华的律法
121我行公平和公义，
求你不要撇下我，交给欺压我的人！
122求你保证你的仆人得福，
不容骄傲的人欺压我！
123我因盼望你的救恩
和你公义的言语眼睛失明。
124求你照你的慈爱待仆人，
将你的律例教导我。
125我是你的仆人，求你赐我悟性，
得以认识你的法度。
126这是耶和华采取行动的时候，
因人废弃了你的律法。
127所以，我喜爱你的命令胜于金子，
更胜于纯金。
128你的一切训词，在万事上我都以为正直；
我恨恶一切虚假的行径。
渴慕遵行耶和华的律法
129你的法度奇妙，
所以我一心谨守。
130你的话一开启就发出亮光，
使愚蒙人通达。
131我大大张口，呼吸急促，
因我切慕你的命令。
132求你转向我，怜悯我，
就像你待那些喜爱你名的人。
133求你用你的言语使我脚步稳健，
不容罪孽辖制我。
134求你救我脱离人的欺压，
我要遵守你的训词。
135求你使你的脸向仆人发光，
又将你的律例教导我。
136我的眼睛流泪成河，
因为他们不守你的律法。
耶和华律法的公正
137耶和华啊，你是公义的；
你的典章正直！
138你所颁布的法度是公义的，
极其可靠。
139我的狂热把我烧灭，
因我敌人忘记你的话。
140你的言语极其精炼，
令你仆人喜爱。
141我渺小，被人藐视，
却不忘记你的训词。
142你的公义永远公义，
你的律法是确实的。

144你的法度永远公义；

145耶和华啊，我一心呼求你，求你应允我！
我必谨守你的律例。
146我向你呼求，求你救我！
我要遵守你的法度。
147天尚未亮我呼喊求救，

148我终夜双眼睁开，
为要思想你的言语。

150追逐奸恶的人⚓迫近了，
他们远离你的律法。
151耶和华啊，你就在我身边，

152我从你的法度早已知道，

153求你看顾我的苦难，搭救我，
因我不忘记你的律法。
154求你为我的冤屈辩护，救赎我，

157迫害我的、抵挡我的甚多，

160你话语的精髓是真实的，
你一切公义的典章永远长存。
热爱耶和华的律法
161掌权者无故迫害我，
然而我的心畏惧你的话。
162我喜爱你的言语，
好像人得到许多战利品。
163我恨恶，憎恶虚假；
惟喜爱你的律法。
164我因你公义的典章
一天七次赞美你。
165喜爱你律法的人大有平安，
任何事都不能使他们跌倒。
166耶和华啊，我仰望你的救恩，
遵行你的命令。
167我心谨守你的法度，
这法度我极其喜爱。
168我遵守你的训词和法度，
因我所行的道路都在你的面前。
求主帮助
169耶和华啊，愿我的呼求达到你面前，
求你照你的话赐我悟性。
170愿我的恳求达到你面前，
求你照你的言语搭救我。
171愿我的嘴唇发出赞美，
因为你将律例教导我。
172愿我的舌头歌唱你的言语，
因你一切的命令尽都公义。
173求你用你的手帮助我，
因我选择你的训词。

你的律法是我的喜乐。
