Living Sacrifices to God

¹I ⚓beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies ⚓a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. ²And ⚓do not be conformed to this world, but ⚓be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may ⚓prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Serve God with Spiritual Gifts

³For I say, ⚓through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, ⚓not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt ⚓to each one a measure of faith. ⁴For ⚓as we have many members in one body, but all the members do not have the same function, ⁵so ⚓we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another. ⁶Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is ⚓given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, let us⚓prophesy in proportion to our faith; ⁷or ministry, let us use it in our ministering; ⚓he who teaches, in teaching; ⁸⚓he who exhorts, in exhortation; ⚓he who gives, with liberality; ⚓he who leads, with diligence; he who shows mercy, ⚓with cheerfulness.

Behave Like a Christian

⁹⚓Let love be without hypocrisy. ⚓Abhor what is evil. Cling to what is good. ¹⁰⚓Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, ⚓in honor giving preference to one another; ¹¹not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; ¹²⚓rejoicing in hope, ⚓patient in tribulation, ⚓continuing steadfastly in prayer; ¹³⚓distributing to the needs of the saints, ⚓given to hospitality.
¹⁴⚓Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse. ¹⁵⚓Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep. ¹⁶⚓Be of the same mind toward one another. ⚓Do not set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Do not be wise in your own opinion.
¹⁷⚓Repay no one evil for evil. ⚓Have regard for good things in the sight of all men. ¹⁸If it is possible, as much as depends on you, ⚓live peaceably with all men. ¹⁹Beloved, ⚓do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, ⚓“Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord. ²⁰Therefore
⚓“If your enemy is hungry, feed him;
If he is thirsty, give him a drink;
For in so doing you will heap coals of fire on his head.”
²¹Do not be overcome by evil, but ⚓overcome evil with good.

¹所以，弟兄們，我以上帝的慈悲勸你們，將身體獻上當作活祭，是聖潔的，是上帝所喜悅的，你們如此事奉乃是理所當然的⚓。 ²不要效法這個世界，只要心意更新而變化，叫你們察驗何為上帝的善良、純全、可喜悅的旨意。
³我憑着所賜我的恩對你們每一位說：不要把自己看得太高，要照着上帝所分給各人的信心來衡量，看得合乎中道。 ⁴正如我們一個身子上有好些肢體，肢體也不都有一樣的用處。 ⁵這樣，我們許多人在基督裏是一個身體，互相聯絡作肢體。 ⁶按着所得的恩典，我們各有不同的恩賜：或說預言，要按着信心的程度說預言； ⁷或服事的，要專一服事；或教導的，要專一教導； ⁸或勸勉的，要專一勸勉；施捨的，要誠實；治理的，要殷勤；憐憫人的，要樂意。

基督徒的生活守則

⁹愛，不可虛假；惡，要厭惡；善，要親近。 ¹⁰愛弟兄，要相親相愛；恭敬人，要彼此推讓； ¹¹殷勤，不可懶惰。要靈裏火熱；常常服侍主。 ¹²在盼望中要喜樂；在患難中要忍耐；禱告要恆切。 ¹³聖徒有缺乏，要供給；異鄉客，要殷勤款待。 ¹⁴要祝福迫害你們⚓的，要祝福，不可詛咒。 ¹⁵要與喜樂的人同樂；要與哀哭的人同哭。 ¹⁶要彼此同心，不要心高氣傲，倒要俯就卑微的人。不要自以為聰明。 ¹⁷不要以惡報惡，眾人以為美的事要留心去做。 ¹⁸若是可行，總要盡力與眾人和睦。 ¹⁹各位親愛的，不要自己伸冤，寧可給主的憤怒留地步，因為經上記着：「主說：『伸冤在我，我必報應。』」 ²⁰不但如此，「你的仇敵若餓了，就給他吃；若渴了，就給他喝。因為你這樣做，就是把炭火堆在他的頭上。」 ²¹不要被惡所勝，反要以善勝惡。
