The Power of God in His Deliverance of Israel
1When ⚓Israel went out of Egypt,
The house of Jacob ⚓from a people of strange language,
2⚓Judah became His sanctuary,
And Israel His dominion.
3⚓The sea saw it and fled;
⚓Jordan turned back.
4⚓The mountains skipped like rams,
The little hills like lambs.
5⚓What ails you, O sea, that you fled?
O Jordan, that you turned back?
6O mountains, that you skipped like rams?
O little hills, like lambs?
7Tremble, O earth, at the presence of the Lord,
At the presence of the God of Jacob,
8⚓Who turned the rock into a pool of water,
The flint into a fountain of waters.

1Khi Y-sơ-ra-ên giã từ Ai-cập
Nhà Gia-cốp bỏ dân nói tiếng khó nghe,
2Giu-đa biến thành Đền thánh,
Y-sơ-ra-ên làm vương quốc của Ngài.
3Biển chợt thấy, liền chạy trốn
Dòng sông Giô-đan rút lui,
4Núi cao run rẩy chạy như dê,
Đồi cả nhảy như cừu con.
5Biển Đỏ, vì sao ngươi chạy trốn?
Giô-đan chảy xiết, sao lùi lại?
6Núi lớn, vì sao mà run rẩy?
Đồi xanh sao lại nhảy như cừu con?
7Địa cầu! hãy run sợ vì Chúa ngự xuống!
Chân Thần nhà Gia-cốp hiện diện!
8Ngài biến đá tảng ra ao hồ,
Đổi đá cuội thành suối nước⚓
