The Day of the Lord
1But concerning ⚓the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I should write to you.
2For you yourselves know perfectly that ⚓the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night.
3For when they say, “Peace and safety!” then ⚓sudden destruction comes upon them, ⚓as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape.
4⚓But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief.
5You are all ⚓sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness.
6⚓Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but ⚓let us watch and be sober.
7For ⚓those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk ⚓are drunk at night.
8But let us who are of the day be sober, ⚓putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet the hope of salvation.
9For ⚓God did not appoint us to wrath, ⚓but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ,
10⚓who died for us, that whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with Him.
11Therefore comfort each other and edify one another, just as you also are doing.
Various Exhortations
12And we urge you, brethren, ⚓to recognize those who labor among you, and are over you in the Lord and admonish you,
13and to esteem them very highly in love for their work’s sake. ⚓Be at peace among yourselves.
14Now we exhort you, brethren, ⚓warn those who are unruly, ⚓comfort the fainthearted, ⚓uphold the weak, ⚓be patient with all.
15⚓See that no one renders evil for evil to anyone, but always ⚓pursue what is good both for yourselves and for all.
16⚓Rejoice always,
17⚓pray without ceasing,
18in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
19⚓Do not quench the Spirit.
20⚓Do not despise prophecies.
21⚓Test all things; ⚓hold fast what is good.
22Abstain from every form of evil.
Blessing and Admonition
23Now may ⚓the God of peace Himself ⚓sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body ⚓be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
24He who calls you is⚓faithful, who also will ⚓do it.
25Brethren, pray for us.
26Greet all the brethren with a holy kiss.
27I charge you by the Lord that this epistle be read to all the holy brethren.
28The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.

Ngcuang Tangái Yê-su Toâq Loah
1Sễm ai ơi! Bo léq, tỡ la tangái ntrớu, ranáq ki toâq, cứq tỡ bữn túh cóq chĩc atỡng anhia.
2Yuaq anhia khoiq dáng chơ tangái Ncháu hái toâq loah pỡ cutễq nâi la samoât riang cũai savễng mut tutuoiq tâng sadâu.
3Tữ cũai pai neq: “Bữn ien khễ chơ, tỡ bữn túh coat ntrớu noâng,” lứq tangái ki toâp ŏ́c cuchĩt toâq pỡ alới, cớp alới tỡ têq viaq vớt tễ ŏ́c ki. Ŏ́c ki santar toâq ariang mansễm sâng a‑ĩ khuop cumo.
4Ma sễm ai ơi, anhia tỡ bữn ariang cũai bếq sadâu cớp tỡ bữn dáng ntrớu. Ngkíq, anhia tỡ bữn santar ntrớu toâq tangái Yê-su toâq loah pỡ cutễq nâi, ariang cũai dốq santar toâq cũai savễng mut tutuoiq tâng dống alới.
5Nheq tữh anhia la cũai puai ngê Yiang Sursĩ chơ, ngkíq anhia la ariang cũai ỡt tâng ntốq poang, cớp ariang cũai khoiq tamỡ chơ. Hái la con Yiang Sursĩ, hái tỡ bữn ariang cũai ỡt tâng ntốq canám cớp cũai ca bếq sadâu.
6Ngkíq, hái chỗi táq noâng ariang alới ca tỡ bữn sa‑âm. Alới ki la samoât cũai bếq níc. Ma hái cóq ỡt trỗl níc.⚓ Cớp cóq hái dáng rabán o tỗ hái bữm.
7Cũai dốq bếq la tâng sadâu, cớp cũai dốq bũl blŏ́ng la tâng sadâu tê.
8Ma hái ca puai ngê Yiang Sursĩ la samoât cũai khoiq tamỡ. Ngkíq, cóq hái rabán o tỗ bữm. Cớp cóq hái sa‑âm samoât samơi, cớp ayooq níc yớu. Nâi la riang hái sớp au tac tâng apơm hái bo hái pỡq rachíl. Cóq hái ngcuang níc bữn ỡt parnơi cớp Yê-su. Nâi la riang hái tapưng muoc tac tâng plỡ.
9Yiang Sursĩ tỡ bữn arô hái cỗ án ễ táq hái, ma án arô cỗ yoc ễ chuai amoong hái nhơ tễ Yê-su Crĩt, Ncháu hái.
10Yê-su toâp cuchĩt tang hái yỗn hái têq ỡt parnơi cớp án toâq tangái án toâq loah pỡ cutễq nâi. Tangái ki tỡ bữn ntrớu hái khoiq cuchĩt tỡ la noâng tamoong.
11Ngkíq, cóq anhia manoaq aliam manoaq, cớp manoaq atỡng manoaq yỗn mứt pahỡm anhia cỡt sa‑âm pacái lứq ễn, samoât anhia dốq táq tễ nling chơ.
Ŏ́c Patâp Canŏ́h
12Sễm ai ơi! Cứq sễq anhia yám noap máh cũai sốt tâng tỗp sa‑âm. Yiang Sursĩ rưoh alới yỗn radững anhia táq ranáq o, cớp yỗn alới arĩen anhia puai ngê Yiang Sursĩ.
13Cóq anhia bữn mứt pahỡm ayooq níc alới, cỗ alới táq sa‑ữi ranáq chuai anhia. Cớp cóq anhia manoaq saryóq manoaq.
14Sễm ai ơi! Cứq sễq anhia táq neq: Sưoq alới ca yoc ễ ĩt rangứh alới bữm;⚓ aliam cũai bữn mứt clac; atỡng alới ca tỡ bữn dáng sa‑ữi tễ ngê Yiang Sursĩ; cớp tanhĩr chóq dũ náq cũai.
15Anhia manoaq chỗi carláh dỡq chóq manoaq. Ma cóq anhia ravoât manoaq táq o chóq manoaq, cớp táq o níc chóq dũ náq cũai.
16Cóq anhia ỡt bũi o níc.
17Cóq anhia câu cớp chỗi tangứt.
18Ŏ́c ntrớu toâq pỡ anhia, cóq anhia sa‑ỡn Yiang Sursĩ, yuaq án toâp yỗn ŏ́c ki toâq. Nheq ŏ́c nâi, Yiang Sursĩ yoc anhia bữn cỗ anhia ỡt muoi mứt cớp Yê-su Crĩt.
19Anhia chỗi táq yỗn Raviei Yiang Sursĩ sâng ngua tễ anhia.
20Chỗi calauq cũai tang bỗq Yiang Sursĩ.
21Cóq anhia chim ŏ́c ntrớu noau atỡng anhia. Aléq la o, ki anhia ĩt.
22Ma aléq tỡ o, ki anhia chỗi ĩt.
23Cứq sễq Yiang Sursĩ, án ca ndỡm ŏ́c ien khễ, táq moâm máh ranáq án ễ táq tâng mứt pahỡm anhia. Cứq sễq án táq yỗn mứt anhia cỡt bráh o. Cớp cứq sễq án kĩaq níc raviei anhia, mứt pahỡm anhia, cớp dŏq noau tỡ bữn têq tếq anhia táq lôih tâng tangái Yê-su Crĩt, Ncháu hái, toâq loah pỡ cutễq nâi.
24Yiang Sursĩ khoiq arô anhia. Ngkíq cứq dáng lứq samoât án táq nheq máh ramứh cứq câu yỗn anhia.
25Sễm ai ơi! Cứq sễq anhia câu chuai hếq nứng.
26Sễq anhia manoaq cubán o chóq manoaq. Ngkíq noau dáng anhia manoaq ayooq manoaq.
27Cứq sễq anhia yáng moat Ncháu hái, yỗn anhia doc choâiq thỡ nâi yỗn dũ náq sễm ai bữn sâng tê.
28Cứq sễq Yê-su Crĩt, Ncháu hái, chuai miat anhia.
