Nau Ƀư Bah Phŭng Y-Naaman
1Y-Naaman, kôranh ma phung tahan hađăch Siri, jêng du huê bunuyh lứ n'găr ndrel ma kôranh păng, jêh ri kôranh păng rŏng ngăn, yorlah ma păng yơh Yêhôva ăn nau dơi ma phung Siri. Păng jêng du huê buklâu janh katang, ƀiălah păng geh phŭng.
2Pônây, du tơ̆ phung Siri du luh tâm lơh khân păng nhŭp leo du huê kon se jê̆ buur tă bơh n'gor Israel ƀư dĭk nă, gay pah kan ma ur Y-Naaman.
3Geh du nar, ôbăl lah ma kôranh bu ur păng, "Hơi tơlah kôranh gâp dơi tât ma kôranh nơm mbơh lor gŭ ta ƀon Samari! Nơm nây mra sâm ƀư bah phŭng păng."
4Pôri Y-Naaman leo nkoch nau ngơi nây ma kôranh păng, lah: "Pôaơ nau buur jê̆ tă bơh n'gor Israel nkoch."
5Hađăch Siri lah, "Hăn hom, jêh ri gâp mra njuăl sămƀŭt ma hađăch Israel." Jêh nây păng hăn, djôt leo ndrel păng jê̆t talâng prăk, prao rbăn sêkel miah, jêh ri jê̆t blah bok ao prăp nsoh dôl nau nhêt sa.
6Păng djôt sămƀŭt njuăl nây ma hađăch Israel, tâm nây lah pô aơ: "Tơlah sămƀŭt aơ tât jêh ma may, ăn may gĭt gâp prơh hăn ma may Y-Naaman oh mon gâp, gay ma may sâm ƀư bah an phŭng păng."
7Tơlah jêh hađăch Israel uănh sămƀŭt nây, păng nkhêk bok ao păng, jêh ri lah, "Gâp jêng Brah Ndu lĕ, dĭng dơi nkhĭt jêh ri ăn dâk rêh, kŏ tât buklâu aơ njuăl bâr ngơi gay ma gâp ƀư bah du huê bunuyh geh phŭng? Lŏng nâl sek uănh jêh ri dơi gĭt saơ nau păng joi gay ŭch ƀư rlăng đah gâp."

10Y-Êlisê prơh bunuyh lah ma păng pô aơ: "Hăn ŭm hom tâm dak krong Yurdan pơh tơ̆, jêh ri nglay săk may mra bah, jêh ri may mra jêng kloh."
11Ƀiălah Y-Naaman ji nuih, dâk sĭt, jêh ri lah: "Gâp ntôn lah (mĭn lah) păng nơm ro yơh bunuyh mra hăn chuă vơt gâp, gŭ êp nây kuăl amoh Yêhôva Brah Ndu păng, yơr ti păng rpôt ta kalơ ntŭk geh phung jêh ri ƀư bah bunuyh phŭng.
12Mâu hĕ geh ta ƀon Damas dak krong Abana jêh ri Pharpar ueh lơn ma lĕ rngôch dak tâm n'gor Israel? Gâp mâu dơi hĕ ŭm tâm dak krong nây jêh ri jêng kloh?" Pônây, păng plơ̆ sĭt ma nau ji nuih.
13Ƀiălah phung oh mon păng văch êp păng, jêh ri rthi ma păng, "Hơi mbơ̆ gâp, tơlah kôranh nơm mbơh lor geh ntĭnh ma may ƀư du nau jêr, mâm may mâu mra ƀư? Pônây lĕ di jêh păng lah ma may, 'Ŭm hom jêh ri jêng kloh."
14Jêh nây păng ntrŭnh tâm dak krong Yurdan, jêh ri ŭm pơh tơ̆, tĭng nâm nau bunuyh Brah Ndu ngơi jêh. Jêh ri nglay săk păng lĕ rlơ̆ jêng nâm bu nglay săk du huê kon se jê̆, jêh ri păng jêng kloh.
15Jêh ri păng sĭt tay ma bunuyh Brah Ndu ndrel ma lĕ phung hăn ndrel ma păng. Păng hŏ tât jêh ri dâk panăp Y-Êlisê, jêh ri lah: "Aơ, aƀaơ ri, gâp gĭt ngăn lam bri neh ntu mâu geh ôh brah êng rlau lơn Brah Ndu, kanŏng tâm n'gor Israel. Pôri aƀaơ, sŏk dơn hom ndơ nhhơr aơ bơh oh mon may."
16Ƀiălah Y-Êlisê lah, "Tĭng nâm Yêhôva gŭ rêh, ma Păng gâp pah kan, gâp mâu mra dơm du ntil ndơ ôh." Y-Naaman bonh nchâp Y-Êlisê dơn ndơ nây, ƀiălah păng dun ngăn.
17Jêh ri Y-Naaman lah, "Tơlah may mâu dơn ôh, gâp găn ma may ăn ma oh mon may neh bar mlâm seh bri dơi rdeng; yorlah ntơm bơh aơ tât ôklak oh mon may mâu mra nhhơr ndơ nhhơr gŭch mâu lah ndơ nhhơr ƀư brah ma brah êng ôh, ƀiălah kanŏng ma Yêhôva.
18Tâm nau aơ dăn ma Yêhôva yô̆ an ma oh mon may; tơlah kôranh gâp lăp tâm ngih Rimôn gay yơk mbah tanây, nsing ndăl ma ti gâp, jêh ri gâp ăt mbah lĕ tâm ngih Rimôn. Pôri, tơlah gâp mbah tâm ngih Rimôn, dăn ma Yêhôva yô̆ an ma oh mon may tâm nau nây."
19Y-Êlisê plơ̆ lah ma păng pô aơ: 'Hăn hom ma nau đăp mpăn."

Tơlah Y-Naaman hŏ du bơh Y-Êlisê, lĕ ƀah ngai jêh.
20Y-Gêhasi, oh mon Y-Êlisê bunuyh Brah Ndu, lah: "Aơ, kôranh gâp njê (mƀrô) jêh ma Y-Naaman buklâu Siri nây tâm nau mâu dơn ôh ndơ tă bơh ti păng moh ndơ păng lĕ djôt. Tĭng nâm Yêhôva gŭ rêh, gâp mra nchuat tĭng Y-Naaman.
21Pôri Y-Naaman saơ Y-Gêhasi nchuăt tĭng pakơi păng, jêh nây păng jŭr bơh ndeh seh, gay tâm mâp đah nơm nây, jêh ri ôp: "Lĕ rngôch nau jêng ueh lĕ?"
22Y-Gêhasi plơ̆ lah: Lĕ rngôch ăt ueh lĕ Kôranh gâp prơh gâp hăn lah ma may pôaơ: Ndơh nơh, geh bar hê bu klâu phung kôranh nơm mbơh lor tă bơh bri dor Êphraim mhe tât ma gâp. Gâp dăn ma may ăn ma khân păng du talâng prăk jêh ri bar blah bok ao prăp nsoh ma nar nhêt sa.'"
23Y-Naaman lah, "Ăn may maak sŏk dơn bar talâng prăk." Păng sŏl nchâp; pônây dơm bar talâng prăk jêh ri bar blah bok ao prăp nsoh ma nau nhêt sa kât tâm dŭng, jêh ri ăn ma bar hê oh mon păng djôt leo. Khân păng leo ndơ nây ta năp Y-Gêhasi.
24Tơlah Y-Gêhasi tât jêh ta dor yôk, păng sŏk lơi dŭng nây tă bơh ti phung bar hê oh mon nây, jêh ri ăn tâm ngih păng nơm, jêh ri păng ăn phung nây hăn sĭt, khân ôbăl dâk hăn.
25Păng lăp tâm ngih dâk tra năp, kôranh păng; jêh ri Y-Êlisê lah ma păng: "Mbah ntŭk may hăn ndơh, Hơi Y-Gêhasi?" Păng plơ̆ lah: "Oh mon may mâu geh ntŭk hăn ôh."
26Ƀiălah Y-Êlisê lah ma păng, "Mâu di hĕ huêng gâp hăn ndrel may, dôl tơlah buklâu nây jŭr tă kalơ ndeh seh gay hăn chuă may? Di lĕ jêng mông, hŏ sŏk dơn prăk, bok ao đang play ôlivơ, đang play kriăk ƀâu, jêh ri biăp, ndrôk, oh mon buklâu jêh ri oh mon buur?
27Yor nây phŭng Y-Naaman mra tưp ma may jêh ri ma phung kon sau may n'ho ro" Pônây Y-Gêhasi luh bơh tanăp păng tưp phŭng, nglang nâm bu pler.

Naaman Healed of Leprosy
1Now Naaman was commander of the army of the king of Aram. He was a great man in the sight of his master and highly regarded, because through him the Lord had given victory to Aram. He was a valiant soldier, but he had leprosy.⚓
2Now bands of raiders from Aram had gone out and had taken captive a young girl from Israel, and she served Naaman’s wife.
3She said to her mistress, “If only my master would see the prophet who is in Samaria! He would cure him of his leprosy.”
4Naaman went to his master and told him what the girl from Israel had said.
5“By all means, go,” the king of Aram replied. “I will send a letter to the king of Israel.” So Naaman left, taking with him ten talents⚓ of silver, six thousand shekels⚓ of gold and ten sets of clothing.
6The letter that he took to the king of Israel read: “With this letter I am sending my servant Naaman to you so that you may cure him of his leprosy.”
7As soon as the king of Israel read the letter, he tore his robes and said, “Am I God? Can I kill and bring back to life? Why does this fellow send someone to me to be cured of his leprosy? See how he is trying to pick a quarrel with me!”
8When Elisha the man of God heard that the king of Israel had torn his robes, he sent him this message: “Why have you torn your robes? Have the man come to me and he will know that there is a prophet in Israel.”
9So Naaman went with his horses and chariots and stopped at the door of Elisha’s house.
10Elisha sent a messenger to say to him, “Go, wash yourself seven times in the Jordan, and your flesh will be restored and you will be cleansed.”
11But Naaman went away angry and said, “I thought that he would surely come out to me and stand and call on the name of the Lord his God, wave his hand over the spot and cure me of my leprosy.
12Are not Abana and Pharpar, the rivers of Damascus, better than all the waters of Israel? Couldn’t I wash in them and be cleansed?” So he turned and went off in a rage.
13Naaman’s servants went to him and said, “My father, if the prophet had told you to do some great thing, would you not have done it? How much more, then, when he tells you, ‘Wash and be cleansed’!”
14So he went down and dipped himself in the Jordan seven times, as the man of God had told him, and his flesh was restored and became clean like that of a young boy.
15Then Naaman and all his attendants went back to the man of God. He stood before him and said, “Now I know that there is no God in all the world except in Israel. So please accept a gift from your servant.”
16The prophet answered, “As surely as the Lord lives, whom I serve, I will not accept a thing.” And even though Naaman urged him, he refused.
17“If you will not,” said Naaman, “please let me, your servant, be given as much earth as a pair of mules can carry, for your servant will never again make burnt offerings and sacrifices to any other god but the Lord.
18But may the Lord forgive your servant for this one thing: When my master enters the temple of Rimmon to bow down and he is leaning on my arm and I have to bow there also—when I bow down in the temple of Rimmon, may the Lord forgive your servant for this.”
19“Go in peace,” Elisha said.
After Naaman had traveled some distance,
20Gehazi, the servant of Elisha the man of God, said to himself, “My master was too easy on Naaman, this Aramean, by not accepting from him what he brought. As surely as the Lord lives, I will run after him and get something from him.”
21So Gehazi hurried after Naaman. When Naaman saw him running toward him, he got down from the chariot to meet him. “Is everything all right?” he asked.
22“Everything is all right,” Gehazi answered. “My master sent me to say, ‘Two young men from the company of the prophets have just come to me from the hill country of Ephraim. Please give them a talent⚓ of silver and two sets of clothing.’ ”
23“By all means, take two talents,” said Naaman. He urged Gehazi to accept them, and then tied up the two talents of silver in two bags, with two sets of clothing. He gave them to two of his servants, and they carried them ahead of Gehazi.
24When Gehazi came to the hill, he took the things from the servants and put them away in the house. He sent the men away and they left.
25When he went in and stood before his master, Elisha asked him, “Where have you been, Gehazi?”
“Your servant didn’t go anywhere,” Gehazi answered.
26But Elisha said to him, “Was not my spirit with you when the man got down from his chariot to meet you? Is this the time to take money or to accept clothes—or olive groves and vineyards, or flocks and herds, or male and female slaves?
27Naaman’s leprosy will cling to you and to your descendants forever.” Then Gehazi went from Elisha’s presence and his skin was leprous—it had become as white as snow.
