Hađăch Darius Ntrŭnh Nau Dơi Ndâk Ngih Brah
1Hađăch Darius ntrŭnh du nau ntăm, jêh ri ăn bu joi tâm bri Babilôn, tâm ngih prăp sămƀŭt, jêng ntŭk jrô prăp lĕ ndơ khlay ta Babilôn.
2Bu joi dơi saơ tâm pôih ta ƀon Êkbatana, ta n'gor Mêdơ, du ndrom sămƀŭt bu klôn geh nau chih pô aơ:
3"Năm rơh nguay rnôk Y-Sirus jêng hađăch, hađăch Sirus ntrŭnh du nau ntăm: ma nau ngih brah ma Brah Ndu ta ƀon Yêrusalem pô aơ: Ăn bu ndâk đŏng ngih brah Brah Ndu, gay ƀư ntŭk bu nhhơr ndơ ƀư brah; lĕ mbon păng bu ƀư ăn nâp ngăn. Ngih brah prêh prao jê̆t hăt, jêh ri jong geh prao jê̆t hăt;
4păng mra geh pe kơn dăp n'hao lŭ toyh jêh ri du mbor rkang tơm si mhe; bi ma prăk dŏng rnoh ngih bu ƀư nây sŏk drăp tă bơh ngih hađăch.
5Tâm ban lĕ, khăl ngan ma miah jêh ri prăk bơh ngih Brah Ndu, ndơ nây Y-Nebukatnetsar lĕ sŏk jêh tă tâm ngih brah ta ƀon Yêrusalem jêh ri djôt leo ma ƀon Babilôn, pôri mplơ̆ sĭt lơi, jêh ri djôt sĭt tâm ngih Brah Ndu ta ƀon Yêrusalem, khăl ngan aơ mplơ̆ ta ntŭk păng saơm; may prăp păng ta ntŭk ơm tâm ngih Brah Ndu.
6Pôri aƀaơ, Hơi Y-Tatênai, kôranh chiă uănh tâm n'gor kơh Đah Ri Dak Krong, Hơi Y-Sêthar-Bôsênai, jêh ri phung pah kan ndrel khân may, phung kôranh chiă uănh, phung gŭ ta Aphatsak Đah Ri Dak Krong, ăn khân may du trơn tă bơh ntŭk nây;
7gay ăn ma phung kôranh mât uănh phung Yuda, jêh ri phung buranh khân păng ndâk nkra đŏng ngih brah ma Brah Ndu ta ntŭk ơm păng.
8Aơ gâp ntrŭnh nau, ntăm ma khân may mra ƀư đah phung buranh phung Yuda; gay kơl kan ndâk nkra ngih Brah Ndu aơ: Sŏk dŏng hom prăk pi mpeh kơh Đah Ri Dak Krong, ăn bu ƀư gơnh ro gay nkhôm phung nây, gay lơi ăn nau kan tăch yơt hêng.
9Moh ntil ndơ khân păng ê hŏ geh-ndrôk nkuăng ndăm, biăp nkuăng mâu lah biăp kon, gay dŏng ƀư ndơ nhhơr gŭch nhhơr ma bunuyh kalơ trôk; mâu lah ƀiălah, boh, play kriăk ƀâu, mâu lah dak play ôlivơ, tĭng nâm nau phung kôranh ƀư brah gŭ ta ƀon Yêrusalem dăn--đă bu ăn ndơ nây ma khân păng ăp nar lơi ta pưt ôh,
10gay ăn khân păng dơi nhhơr ndơ ƀư brah ƀư maak ma Brah Ndu kalơ trôk, jêh ri mbơh sơm ma nau rêh hađăch jêh ri phung kon bu ur, bu klâu hađăch.
11Tâm ban lĕ gâp ntrŭnh nau ntăm: Tơlah mbu moh rlăch sămƀŭt nau ntrŭnh aơ, pôri bu mra sŏk rhuăt du mlâm rkang vâl tâm ngih nơm nây, jêh ri yông păng nơm ta nây; jêh ri yor ma nau tih nây, ƀư ăn ma vâl păng jêng du ntŭk bu nkhŭt njŏk.
12Dăn Brah Ndu, jêng Nơm hŏ dơm jêh Amoh Păng gŭ tâm ngih brah nây, ƀư rai lơi mbu moh hađăch, mâu lah mbu phung ƀon lan yơr ti ŭch rgâl lơi nau aơ, mâu lah ŭch ƀư rai lơi ngih Brah Ndu aơ tâm ƀon Yêrusalem. Gâp jêng Y-Darius, ntrŭnh nau ntăm; ăn bu srôih ƀư nau aơ.
13Pôri tĭng nâm nau Y-Darius njuăl jêh, ma Y-Tatênai, kôranh chiă uănh n'gor Đah Ri Dak Krong, Y-Sêthar-Bôsênai, jêh ri phung pah kan ndrel khân păng ƀư ma nau srôih lĕ nau hađăch Darius hŏ ntăm.
14Pôri phung bu bŭnh buranh phung Yuda ndâk nkra ro yơh ngih brah, kan ƀư dơi chăt hao, di nâm bu nau mbơh lor tă phung kôranh nơm mbơh lor Y-Hagai, jêh ri bơh Y-Sakari, kon bu klâu Y-Idô. Pôri, khân păng ƀư tât jêh nau kan ndâk ngih brah, tĭng nâm nau ntăm bơh Brah Ndu phung Israel, jêh ri tĭng nau ntrŭnh bơh Y-Sirus, Y-Darius, Y-Artasersês, hađăch Persơ.
15Tât nar rơh pe khay Adar, tâm năm rơh prao rnôk rô̆ hađăch Darius, ngih brah aơ dơi ndâk nkra ăn jêh.
16Phung ƀon lan Israel, phung kôranh ƀư brah, phung Lêvi, jêh ri lĕ rngôch phung êng lĕ plơ̆ sĭt tă ƀư bună, văch râng da dê nau nhhơr ngih brah ma Brah Ndu bêng ma nau hâk răm.
17Ma nau nhhơr ngih brah aơ, khân păng nhhơr du rhiăng mlâm ndrôk nkuăng, bar rhiăng mlâm biăp nkuăng, puăn rhiăng mlâm biăp kon, jêh ri tĭng noi mpôl băl Israel, khân păng nhhơr jê̆t ma bar mlâm be nkuăng ƀư ndơ nhhơr chuai yor nau tih lĕ rngôch phung Israel.
18Khân păng dơm ăn jêng kôranh ƀư brah jêh ri phung Lêvi tĭng nâm mpôl khân păng, gay pah kan ma Brah Ndu ta ƀon Yêrusalem, di nâm bu hŏ chih tâm ndrom sămƀŭt nau vay Y-Môis.
19Pôri, ta nar rơh jê̆t ma puăn khay nguay phung sĭt tă ƀư bună, kah gĭt ndray nhêt sa Nau Găn.
20Yorlah phung kôranh ƀư brah jêh ri phung Lêvi, lĕ rngôch hŏ ƀư kloh jêh khân păng nơm, mâu klen du huê ôh; jêh ri khân păng yorlah lĕ rngôch bunuyh lĕ tă ƀư bună dơi sĭt jêh, pôri phung kôranh ƀư brah, jêng băl mpôl khân păng nơm, jêh ri yor khân păng nơm, yor ri yơh khân păng nkhĭt biăp kon nhêt sa ma Nau Găn.
21Phung bunuyh Israel lĕ tă ƀư bună sĭt jêh, sa biăp kon nây, ndrel ma phung tâm rnglăp đah khân păng, jêh ri rnglah êng khân păng nơm tă bơh nau ƀơ̆ bơch phung mpôl băl bunuyh tâm n'gor, văch tât tĭng phung Israel, gay yơk mbah Yêhôva Brah Ndu phung Israel.
22Khân păng kah gĭt ndray nau sông sa Sa Piăng Let mâu geh Ndrui tâm pơh nar ma nau răm maak; yorlah Yêhôva hŏ ƀư ăn nuih n'hâm khân păng maak jêh, jêh ri geh sŭk nsôr nuih n'hâm hađăch Asiri uănh treng khân păng, gay kơl tâm nau ndâk ngih brah Brah Ndu, jêng Brah Ndu phung Israel.

The Decree of Darius
1King Darius then issued an order, and they searched in the archives stored in the treasury at Babylon.
2A scroll was found in the citadel of Ecbatana in the province of Media, and this was written on it:
Memorandum:
3In the first year of King Cyrus, the king issued a decree concerning the temple of God in Jerusalem:
Let the temple be rebuilt as a place to present sacrifices, and let its foundations be laid. It is to be sixty cubits⚓ high and sixty cubits wide,
4with three courses of large stones and one of timbers. The costs are to be paid by the royal treasury.
5Also, the gold and silver articles of the house of God, which Nebuchadnezzar took from the temple in Jerusalem and brought to Babylon, are to be returned to their places in the temple in Jerusalem; they are to be deposited in the house of God.
6Now then, Tattenai, governor of Trans-Euphrates, and Shethar-Bozenai and you other officials of that province, stay away from there.
7Do not interfere with the work on this temple of God. Let the governor of the Jews and the Jewish elders rebuild this house of God on its site.
8Moreover, I hereby decree what you are to do for these elders of the Jews in the construction of this house of God:
Their expenses are to be fully paid out of the royal treasury, from the revenues of Trans-Euphrates, so that the work will not stop.
9Whatever is needed—young bulls, rams, male lambs for burnt offerings to the God of heaven, and wheat, salt, wine and olive oil, as requested by the priests in Jerusalem—must be given them daily without fail,
10so that they may offer sacrifices pleasing to the God of heaven and pray for the well-being of the king and his sons.
11Furthermore, I decree that if anyone defies this edict, a beam is to be pulled from their house and they are to be impaled on it. And for this crime their house is to be made a pile of rubble.
12May God, who has caused his Name to dwell there, overthrow any king or people who lifts a hand to change this decree or to destroy this temple in Jerusalem.
I Darius have decreed it. Let it be carried out with diligence.
Completion and Dedication of the Temple
13Then, because of the decree King Darius had sent, Tattenai, governor of Trans-Euphrates, and Shethar-Bozenai and their associates carried it out with diligence.
14So the elders of the Jews continued to build and prosper under the preaching of Haggai the prophet and Zechariah, a descendant of Iddo. They finished building the temple according to the command of the God of Israel and the decrees of Cyrus, Darius and Artaxerxes, kings of Persia.
15The temple was completed on the third day of the month Adar, in the sixth year of the reign of King Darius.
16Then the people of Israel—the priests, the Levites and the rest of the exiles—celebrated the dedication of the house of God with joy.
17For the dedication of this house of God they offered a hundred bulls, two hundred rams, four hundred male lambs and, as a sin offering⚓ for all Israel, twelve male goats, one for each of the tribes of Israel.
18And they installed the priests in their divisions and the Levites in their groups for the service of God at Jerusalem, according to what is written in the Book of Moses.
The Passover
19On the fourteenth day of the first month, the exiles celebrated the Passover.
20The priests and Levites had purified themselves and were all ceremonially clean. The Levites slaughtered the Passover lamb for all the exiles, for their relatives the priests and for themselves.
21So the Israelites who had returned from the exile ate it, together with all who had separated themselves from the unclean practices of their Gentile neighbors in order to seek the Lord, the God of Israel.
22For seven days they celebrated with joy the Festival of Unleavened Bread, because the Lord had filled them with joy by changing the attitude of the king of Assyria so that he assisted them in the work on the house of God, the God of Israel.
