4Khân may ê mâp tâm rdâng tâm lơh đah nau tih, kŏ mham khân may rung ôh.
5Jêh ri khân may, chuêl jêh nau tâm n'hao nuih ma khân may nâm bu ma phung kon:
"Ơ nâu, lơi tâm rmot ôh nau Kôranh
Brah nkra may, jêh ri lơi rdja nuih n'hâm ôh tơlah păng nduyh may.

7Ăn khân may dơn nau nkra yorlah Brah Ndu ƀư ma khân may nâm bu kon; yorlah mbu kon mbơ̆ păng mâu nkra ôh?
8Tơlah khân may klaih bơh nau nkra nâm bu lĕ rngôch phung êng dơn jêh, khân may jêng kon bu bă kon êng yơh, mâu di kon tơm ngăn ôh.
9Rlau lơn ma nau nây he geh jêh, mbơ̆ tâm nglay săk nkra he, jêh ri ăt he yơk ma khân păng lĕ. Mâu di hĕ he mra tông rlau lơn, ma nây ma Mbơ̆ phung huêng, gay geh nau rêh?
10Phung mbơ̆ he nkra jêh he, knŏng ƀâtlât tĭng nâm nau khân păng mĭn ueh, ƀiălah Brah Ndu nkra he gay ma ueh ma he, pôri he dơi geh du kô̆ tâm nau kloh ueh Păng.
11Ntơm lor, nanê̆ lĕ rngôch nau nkra jêng nau rngot jêh ri mâu maak ôh, ƀiălah ma nar kăndơ̆ Păng njêng play nau đăp mpăn bơh nau sŏng ma phung geh jêh nau nkra nây.
Nau Ăn Kloh Ueh – Nau Nti Êng Êng
12Yơr hom ti rdja khân may jêh ri ƀư ktang hom kô mâk rbăn khân may.
13Ăn jâng khân may tĭng trong sŏng, gay ma jâng kue mâu teng trong ôh, ƀiălah păng mra bah.
14Joi hom nau đăp mpăn ma lĕ rngôch bunuyh, jêh ri nau kloh ueh, tơlah pưt nau nây, mâu geh du huê mra saơ Kôranh Brah ôh.
15Ăn khân may njrăng, lơi ăn du huê pưt nau Brah Ndu yô̆ ôh, jêh ri lơi ăn geh reh tăng hon, jêh ri ƀư nau uh ah, mplum nau tih ma bu êng.
16Lơi ăn du huê jêng ka n'hong mâu lah ƀơ̆ nâm bu Y-Êsau, nơm tăch nau păng jêng nâu ranh, ma du tơ̆ ndơ sông sa.
17Khân may gĭt kăndơ̆ păng ŭch tay geh nau ueh uĭn, ƀiălah bu dun păng, nđâp tơlah păng joi ma dak măt kđôi lĕ. Păng mâu dơi saơ nau tâm rgâl ôh.
18Yorlah khân may mâu hăn dăch ôh ta yôk bu dơi brot, geh ŭnh sa, geh nau ngo, nau rngot, nau sial phŭt,
19geh bâr nŭng jêh ri bâr ngơi kŏ phung tăng dăn, lơi hôm ngơi du ntil ma khân păng ôh.
20Yorlah khân păng mâu dơi dơn ôh nau nti ăn jêh ma khân păng nâm pô aơ: "Nđâp tơlah du mlâm jun prot dăch yôk nây bu mra klŭp ma lŭ ro."
21Jêh ri nau tâm mpơl bêng ma nau klach, kŏ Y-Môis lah: "Gâp klach ngăn, sâr săk jăn."
22Ƀiălah khân may hăn dăch jêh ta yôk Siôn, ma ƀon Brah Ndu rêh, ƀon Yêrusalem tâm trôk, jêh ri ma rmưn rsen tông păr ueh tâm rƀŭn ma nau maak,
23ma nau tâm rƀŭn jêh ri ma phung ngih Brah Ndu phung deh lor, amoh khân păng mra nchih jêh tâm trôk, ma kôranh phat dôih jêng Brah Ndu ma lĕ rngôch, ma phung huêng phung sŏng tât jêh ma nau ueh rah vah,
24ma Brah Yêsu, jêng Nơm tâm nklang ma nau tâm rnglăp mhe, jêh ri ma mham nkhŭt jêh, mham nây ngơi ueh lơn ma mham Y-Abel.
25Njrăng hom, lơi khân may dun ma nơm gŭ ngơi ôh. Yorlah tơlah phung nây mâu klaih ôh, tơlah khân păng dun iăt nơm mbơh ma khân păng ta neh ntu, nanê̆ he mâu mra klaih ôh, tơlah he dun ma Nơm ngơi bơh trôk.
26Dôl nây bâr Păng ngơi n'gơ neh ntu, ƀiălah aƀaơ Păng ton jêh pô aơ: "Du tơ̆ đŏng gâp mra rgu ăn n'gơ, mâu di knŏng neh ntu ôh, ƀiălah nđâp ma trôk tâm ban lĕ."
27Jêh ri rplay ngơi aơ: "Du tơ̆ đŏng" tâm mpơl nau tâm rgâl ndơ rgu jêh, nâm bu ndơ păng rhăk jêh, gay ma ndơ mâu dơi rgu mra hôm.
28Yor ri ăn he kah gĭt tôr, yor he sŏk dơn ƀon bri hđăch mâu dơi rgu ôh. Jêh ri ăn he nhhơr ma Brah Ndu nau yơk ƀư maak ma Păng ma nau mbah jêh ri nau klach.
29Yorlah Brah Ndu he jêng ŭnh hit lĕ.

1Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us,
2fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
3Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.
God Disciplines His Children
4In your struggle against sin, you have not yet resisted to the point of shedding your blood.
5And have you completely forgotten this word of encouragement that addresses you as a father addresses his son? It says,
“My son, do not make light of the Lord’s discipline,
and do not lose heart when he rebukes you,
6because the Lord disciplines the one he loves,
and he chastens everyone he accepts as his son.”⚓
7Endure hardship as discipline; God is treating you as his children. For what children are not disciplined by their father?
8If you are not disciplined—and everyone undergoes discipline—then you are not legitimate, not true sons and daughters at all.
9Moreover, we have all had human fathers who disciplined us and we respected them for it. How much more should we submit to the Father of spirits and live!
10They disciplined us for a little while as they thought best; but God disciplines us for our good, in order that we may share in his holiness.
11No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.
12Therefore, strengthen your feeble arms and weak knees.
13“Make level paths for your feet,”⚓ so that the lame may not be disabled, but rather healed.
Warning and Encouragement
14Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord.
15See to it that no one falls short of the grace of God and that no bitter root grows up to cause trouble and defile many.
16See that no one is sexually immoral, or is godless like Esau, who for a single meal sold his inheritance rights as the oldest son.
17Afterward, as you know, when he wanted to inherit this blessing, he was rejected. Even though he sought the blessing with tears, he could not change what he had done.
The Mountain of Fear and the Mountain of Joy
18You have not come to a mountain that can be touched and that is burning with fire; to darkness, gloom and storm;
19to a trumpet blast or to such a voice speaking words that those who heard it begged that no further word be spoken to them,
20because they could not bear what was commanded: “If even an animal touches the mountain, it must be stoned to death.”⚓
21The sight was so terrifying that Moses said, “I am trembling with fear.”⚓
22But you have come to Mount Zion, to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem. You have come to thousands upon thousands of angels in joyful assembly,
23to the church of the firstborn, whose names are written in heaven. You have come to God, the Judge of all, to the spirits of the righteous made perfect,
24to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel.
25See to it that you do not refuse him who speaks. If they did not escape when they refused him who warned them on earth, how much less will we, if we turn away from him who warns us from heaven?
26At that time his voice shook the earth, but now he has promised, “Once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens.”⚓
27The words “once more” indicate the removing of what can be shaken—that is, created things—so that what cannot be shaken may remain.
28Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe,
29for our “God is a consuming fire.”⚓
