Yawmsaub tus qhev

  1“Saib maj, kuv tus qhev uas kuv txhawb nqa,
   tus uas kuv xaiv cia,
   yog tus uas kuv txaus siab rau.
  Kuv muab kuv tus Ntsuj Plig rau hauv nws,
   nws yuav coj txojkev ua ncaj ua ncees
   tshwm los rau ib tsoom tebchaws.
  2Nws yuav tsis qw tsis tsa lub suab nrov,
   thiab tsis ua rau luag hnov tom tej kev.
  3Tus tauj deg uas lov lawm
   nws yuav tsis muab tu,
  tus teeb xeeb uas cig pluj pliv
   nws yuav tsis muab tua.
  Nws yuav coj txojkev ua ncaj ua ncees
   tshwm los tiag tiag li.
  4Nws yuav tsis qaug zog lossis ua siab yau
   mus txog thaum nws tsa txojkev
   ua ncaj ua ncees nyob ruaj khov
   thoob plaws ntiajteb.
  Tej tebchaws ntawm ntug hiavtxwv
   tos rawv nws tej lus qhia.”

  5Vajtswv yog Yawmsaub, yog tus uas tsim
   lub ntuj thiab muab lub ntuj nthuav,
  thiab nthuav lub ntiajteb
   thiab txhua yam uas tawm hauv ntiajteb los,
   thiab pub cua rau neeg ua pa,
  thiab pub ntsuj plig rau cov uas
   mus mus los los hauv ntiajteb,
   nws hais li no tias,
  6“Kuv yog Yawmsaub, kuv ua ncaj ncees,
   kuv thiaj hu koj,
   kuv tuav koj tes tsom kwm koj cia,
  kuv pub koj ua lo lus cog tseg
   rau ib tsoom neeg,
   ua qhov kaj ci rau ib tsoom tebchaws,
  7kom thiaj qheb tau
   tus uas dig muag lub qhov muag,
  thiab coj cov uas raug kaw
   dim hauv nkuaj los,
  thiab coj cov uas nyob qhov tsaus ntuj
   tawm hauv tsev lojfaj los.
  8Kuv yog Yawmsaub, no yog kuv lub npe,
   kuv lub hwjchim ci ntsa iab
   kuv tsis pub rau lwm tus,
  thiab tej lus uas qhuas kuv
   tsis pub rau tej dab mlom.
  9Saib maj, tej uas dhau los kuj tiav tag lawm,
   nimno kuv tshaj tawm tej yam tshiab,
  ua ntej uas tej ntawd tsis tau tshwm los
   kuv kuj piav rau nej mloog lawm.”

Zaj nkauj qhuas Yawmsaub

  10Cia li hu zaj nkauj tshiab rau Yawmsaub,
   cia li hu tej nkauj qhuas nws
   tawm thoob qab ntuj kawg tuaj.
  Cov uas mus rau hauv hiavtxwv
   thiab txhua yam uas nyob hauv,
  tej tebchaws ntawm ntug hiavtxwv
   thiab tej neeg uas nyob ntawd 'e,
   cia li qhuas nws.
  11Cia tej ntuj nrag teb do
   thiab tej moos uas nyob hauv,
  thiab tej zej zog uas cov neeg
   Kheda nyob hauv, tsa lub suab.
  Cia cov neeg uas nyob
   hauv lub moos Xela hu nkauj xyiv fab,
   cia lawv qw saum tej ncov roob tuaj.
  12Cia lawv ua rau Yawmsaub tau koob meej,
   cia lawv hu tej zaj nkauj qhuas nws
   hauv tej tebchaws ntawm ntug hiavtxwv.
  13Yawmsaub tawm mus
   yam nkaus li tus uas siab loj siab tuab,
  nws txhob nws lub zog kom kub siab lug
   yam li tus tub rog.
  Nws tsa suab qw, nws qw nrov,
   nws ua nws lub hwjchim tshwm los
   tawm tsam nws cov tshawj chim.
  14“Kuv twb nyob twjywm ntev los lawm,
   kuv nyob ntsiag to
   thiab tswj kuv tus kheej cia.
  Nimno kuv yuav qw yam nkaus li
   tus pojniam uas mob plab yug menyuam,
   kuv yuav ceeb nkaus thiab txog siav qhe.
  15Kuv yuav muab tej roob thiab tej pov roob
   tso tseg nyob do cuas,
   thiab ua rau tej nroj tsuag saud qhuav tag.
  Kuv yuav ua rau tej niag dej qhuav qhawv
   tshwm tej thaj av hauv nruab nrab dej,
   thiab ua rau tej pas dej qhuav.
  16Kuv yuav cab cov dig muag taug txojkev
   uas lawv tsis tau paub dua,
  kuv yuav coj lawv taug tej kev
   uas lawv tsis tau txeev taug.
  Kuv yuav ua rau lawv lub hauv ntej
   uas tsaus ntuj nti pom kev kaj lug,
   thiab ua rau tej qhov zawj sib txig zos.
  Tej no yog tej uas kuv yuav ua,
   thiab kuv yuav tsis muab tso tseg.
  17Lawv yuav raug muab tig rov qab
   thiab yuav raug txaj muag kawg,
  yog cov uas tso siab rau
   tej dab mlom uas txaug,
  yog cov uas hais rau tej dab mlom
   uas nchuav tias, ‘Nej yog peb li timtswv.’ ”

Yixayee tsis mloog lus

  18“Nej cov uas lag ntseg 'e, cia li mloog maj.
   Nej cov uas dig muag 'e,
   cia li tsa muag ntsia xwv nej thiaj li pom.
  19Leejtwg dig muag yam li kuv tus qhev
   lossis leejtwg lag ntseg yam li
   kuv tus tub xa xov uas kuv txib mus?
  Leejtwg dig muag yam li
   tus uas muab cais rau kuv lawd,
  lossis leejtwg dig muag
   yam li Yawmsaub tus qhev?
  20Koj pom ntau yam
   tiamsis koj tsis ua tib zoo saib,
   koj qhov ntsej tsis lag los koj tsis hnov.”
  21Vim yog saib rau Yawmsaub
   txojkev ncaj ncees
  Yawmsaub thiaj txaus siab tsa
   nws txoj kevcai ua loj thiab muaj koob meej.
  22Tiamsis cov neeg no
   raug tub sab nyiag thiab raug lws,
  lawv txhua tus mag qhov taub
   thiab raug muab zais rau hauv nkuaj.
  Lawv raug luag lws
   tsis muaj leejtwg tuaj cawm,
  lawv raug luag txeeb mus
   tsis muaj leejtwg hais tias,
   “Muab thim rov qab.”
  23Nej cov leejtwg yuav tig ntsej mloog zaj no,
   thiab yuav ua tib zoo mloog
   rau yav tom hauv ntej?
  24Leejtwg muab Yakhauj cob
   rau tus uas txeeb,
   thiab muab Yixayee cob rau cov uas lws?
  Tsis yog Yawmsaub
   uas peb ua txhaum rau lov?
  Lawv tsis kam taug nws txojkev
   thiab tsis kam mloog nws txoj kevcai.
  25Yog li no nws thiaj nchuav
   nws txojkev npau taws heev
   thiab txojkev ua rog loj rau saum lawv.
  Tej no ua rau lawv raug nplaim taws vij
   los lawv tsis nkag siab,
  tej no hlawv lawv los lawv tsis muab siab rau.

The Servant of the Lord

  1“Behold! My Servant whom I uphold,
   My Elect One in whom My soul delights!
   I have put My Spirit upon Him;
   He will bring forth justice to the Gentiles.
   2He will not cry out, nor raise His voice,
   Nor cause His voice to be heard in the street.
   3A bruised reed He will not break,
   And smoking flax He will not quench;
   He will bring forth justice for truth.
   4He will not fail nor be discouraged,
   Till He has established justice in the earth;
   And the coastlands shall wait for His law.”
  5Thus says God the Lord,
   Who created the heavens and stretched them out,
   Who spread forth the earth and that which comes from it,
   Who gives breath to the people on it,
   And spirit to those who walk on it:
   6“I, the Lord, have called You in righteousness,
   And will hold Your hand;
   I will keep You and give You as a covenant to the people,
   As a light to the Gentiles,
   7To open blind eyes,
   To bring out prisoners from the prison,
   Those who sit in darkness from the prison house.
   8I am the Lord, that is My name;
   And My glory I will not give to another,
   Nor My praise to carved images.
   9Behold, the former things have come to pass,
   And new things I declare;
   Before they spring forth I tell you of them.”

Praise to the Lord

  10Sing to the Lord a new song,
   And His praise from the ends of the earth,
   You who go down to the sea, and all that is in it,
   You coastlands and you inhabitants of them!
   11Let the wilderness and its cities lift up their voice,
   The villages that Kedar inhabits.
   Let the inhabitants of Sela sing,
   Let them shout from the top of the mountains.
   12Let them give glory to the Lord,
   And declare His praise in the coastlands.
   13The Lord shall go forth like a mighty man;
   He shall stir up His zeal like a man of war.
   He shall cry out, yes, shout aloud;
   He shall prevail against His enemies.

Promise of the Lord’s Help

  14“I have held My peace a long time,
   I have been still and restrained Myself.
   Now I will cry like a woman in labor,
   I will pant and gasp at once.
   15I will lay waste the mountains and hills,
   And dry up all their vegetation;
   I will make the rivers coastlands,
   And I will dry up the pools.
   16I will bring the blind by a way they did not know;
   I will lead them in paths they have not known.
   I will make darkness light before them,
   And crooked places straight.
   These things I will do for them,
   And not forsake them.
   17They shall be turned back,
   They shall be greatly ashamed,
   Who trust in carved images,
   Who say to the molded images,
   ‘You are our gods.’
  18“Hear, you deaf;
   And look, you blind, that you may see.
   19Who is blind but My servant,
   Or deaf as My messenger whom I send?
   Who is blind as he who is perfect,
   And blind as the Lord’s servant?
   20Seeing many things, but you do not observe;
   Opening the ears, but he does not hear.”

Israel’s Obstinate Disobedience

  21The Lord is well pleased for His righteousness’ sake;
   He will exalt the law and make it honorable.
   22But this is a people robbed and plundered;
   All of them are snared in holes,
   And they are hidden in prison houses;
   They are for prey, and no one delivers;
   For plunder, and no one says, “Restore!”
  23Who among you will give ear to this?
   Who will listen and hear for the time to come?
   24Who gave Jacob for plunder, and Israel to the robbers?
   Was it not the Lord,
   He against whom we have sinned?
   For they would not walk in His ways,
   Nor were they obedient to His law.
   25Therefore He has poured on him the fury of His anger
   And the strength of battle;
   It has set him on fire all around,
   Yet he did not know;
   And it burned him,
   Yet he did not take it to heart.
